Cozy Users- Tips for Onboarding Tenants?

Cozy users- I intend to use Cozy as I put my rental on the market next week. I expect that I will get a tenant sometime in January who will need to:

1. Make a deposit of a full month's rent (one time)

2. Make partial payment for the pro-rated remainder of January rent (one time)

3. Get on a regular schedule with full monthly rent due on Feb 1, March 1, etc

They may also need to pay a one-time pet fee, which is non-refundable.

How do you approach these various needs through Cozy? Assuming you do pet rent, that's just part of the regular rent, right?

Do you think it is important to have the deposit be a separate transaction from the others so they know what they get back?

Would you put the pet fee as part of the pro-rated rent?

All advice and Cozy billing strategies welcome!

@Adam Kessler  @Ryan Barone - if you've got a product to sell, then get a Pro membership and post in the marketplace.  The forums are not your personal advertising vehicle.
