Looking for Denver,CO real estate agent for rental
My brother and I are looking to move to Denver, Colorado within the next 5 months. We are currently both located in Chicago, IL (Wicker Park). We are looking to work with a realtor to help guide us on a rental unit. We will be staying in Denver from February 23-March 4 with the goal of signing a lease while there. We are looking to stay in,or very near downtown Denver, or one of the neighborhoods of Downtown Denver. We are mainly looking for an Open Concept 2b2b, W/D in-unit, dishwasher; 1 parking spot, and an outdoor space (e.g. balcony/patio), but not opposed to looking at a few 3b2b.
Any assistance, guidance, or leads to a realtor that know the Downtown area of Denver would be so gratefully appreciated and thank you so much,

Denver is different than Chicago when it comes to rentals. Most rentals are found without an agent. Not saying that you won't find someone, but you'd be able to do it quite easily without one.
