Is this safe or should a landlord do more

Is a one page rental lease agreement possible while still protecting the renter? I have a roommate, whom I work with and trust, but i want to practice the motions of having a tenant (practice how you play).

idk what's legal so page count isn't' a good metric. It's certainly leaving a lot out though.

my agreement is 20 pages, and didn't' take that long to build, if you want to practice how you play, I would suggest getting an actual lease agreement and modifying it for your purpose.
