Credit and background check on applicants with ITIN only

Does anyone have recommendations for credit and background checks on tenants that only have ITINs (Individual Tax Identification Number)?

I have tried My Smart Move and Cozy and both have required a SSN. I signed on to pay for the My Smart Move check. That did not work. I asked the applicant to cover the Cozy app, and it required a SSN.
