I'm looking for a reliable handyman in Macon, GA.

Yeah I am remote, as in wayyy out of state currently, and would love to know if anyone has found a good contractor for investors. I am offering on about five properties right now and all of them will need some work of some sort. I plan to start closing on one every other month or so, I would be providing good constant work but I want someone who understands the long term relationship not gouging me at the beginning.
