Hiring someone to show properties

Hi All,

I'm trying to get my third property rented and I was wondering how do you guys who live relatively far manage showing the property. I've been scheduling all of my showing for Saturday but some people cannot make it that day, so I wanna avoid traveling for 2 hours more than once a week. Do you usually hire someone to do that? How do you find that person? Seems like nobody wants to just show the property as opposed to place the tenant entirely

That's called a property manager. What are you going to do if they need a toilet or drain unclogged? What about collecting rent from people who pay with money order? Do you plan on driving 2 hours for those things? What if a tenant fights and breaks down an exterior door?
