Are we in a bubble in the D/FW area?

Hi BP family,

I am hope you are having a rocking year so far. I am interested in jumping to my next SFH investment property in North Texas (DFW) area but it seems like prices are going too high and a bubble might burst soon.

Do you guys agree that we are in a bubble at this time and would you continue buying properties or wait?

Thanks,

Asem

Buying for what?  Rental or Flip? For flipping, bubble is good :)

For Rental, look at the numbers and if they don't  work or are tight, don't do it yet....
