Tenants payment options via phone apps

Hello BP Community! I am new to rentals and need to know of a good app to let my first time tenants pay me. They have been paying cash the last few months and they are really good about paying me but they have been asking my to pay through Cash App or Zelle. Is there an app that is more secure than others? Does it matter? Or do certain apps only transfer to specific banks? Any input is great! - PARKER C.
