frame/stucco vs concrete block stucco
Hi BP members!
I have always heard that CBS are the best. I came across a property in Jupitor, Fl that is "stucco over frame" built in the 1980s and wanted to know if it should be a concern. I've read that stucco/frame houses need extra maintenance because of weather and termites. Any advice/comments would be appreciated. Thank you!
