Do I need to "SERVE" 30 Notice of Change in terms of tenancy?
I live in California (non rent control area) I'm currently a landlord and now I have a month to month with my tenant . Do I need to serve the papers? or Mailing the notice with tracking is fine? It's for an increase in rent 10% only and changing the method of payment from electronic to money order
