So I hear good things are happening in Dayton Ohio! Fill me in BP on Dayton Ohio on what the buy and hold and flipping scene is like out there...

@Account Closed I'm originally from Dayton, and the last development tour I went on there was very impressive. The long and short of it is that it's more about what you're after in an investment...a transaction is a transaction...really doesn't matter where you are. I would be assuming your're looking for value if you are entering the Dayton market? As far as economic indicators go, there are 100 cities that are comparable to Dayton...it's a lot like Cleveland in that it had a declining population for 40-years...and now appears to be stabilizing.
