Energy Efficient Investment properties

Hi BP Members:

I always read about how you can make your home energy efficient . I am curious to see if any investors have done similar energy efficient upgrades to their multi unit bldgs. or commercial building.

Portion of my real estate portfolio consists of buildings that have ( 3- 9 units). I wanted to see what are energy efficient upgrades to these types of buildings.
