I'm closing on a 3 unit property in St Petersburg (my first rentals in this area) and I'm looking for a good property management company. Any recommendations?

Hi Matt

Congratulations on closing your first investment property in St Petersburg.  I am an out of state investor who invests in the St Petersburg area and use Jeff Copeland from Copeland Morgan to manage my properties. Copeland Morgan has been a great asset for my real estate business.  Jeff Copeland has been a trustworthy and reliable professional.  I definitely recommend Copeland Morgan to anyone who is looking for a property manager.
