Anyone using Bath Fitters for rental bathroom renovation

Is anyone using Bath Fitters or similar product for bathroom renovation, particularly in your rental?  I keep seeing bath fitter type products in hotel bathrooms, the quality of work looks great and I believe it is a long term solution with minimal maintenance.  I am yet to get a quote (property of interest I have not closed on yet), I have heard they can be pricey but the trade off is low maintenance  with quick turnover.

It depends on the remodel your looking for, but they are extremely expensive and will be several thousand just for a refit of a tub. For a rental I would find a local reglazing expert and you'll save plenty of money by just making the tub look new. You can get a new surround at a big box store for $300 and have a contractor install.
