Rental Property on the MLS
Does anyone know a real estate agent in the Humble/ Houston TX area that will give me a good rate to put a rental property on the MLS. They will not need to show the property. So far I am getting calls everyday from the marketing I am doing, but I am not happy with the prospects. A full month rent seem ridiculous for what they are doing. I want to pay people for services, but the few agent I have spoke with are really proud of there work, or they just do not want to deal with it. Can anyone help me in the Houston area.
