I finally have my first multi under agreement
I just put my first 3 family building under agreement. The property is in very good shape and needs very little work and has all long term tenants. It currently has a decent cash flow about 140 per unit and an 11% roi and I was wondering if I should rock the boat by raising rents right away or should I wait while?
