Anyone use Docusign or similar?
Anyone use any sort of electronic signature service that they like/worth the cost?

Hi @Erik Sherburne! Yes, we've used Docusign for several years now, and we're big fans! We use it with sellers; we use it with buyers. We think it's well worth the price!
The biggest benefits we see are:
- Speed - We can send a contract out and have a binding signature within minutes! Whether we're buying or selling, speed is always a tremendous advantage.
- Simplicity - The recipient only needs an email account and a phone/computer to execute a signature. They do not need to receive a PDF, find a printer, print the document, sign it, scan it, and then send it back.
- Sequencing - Multi-party agreements are a breeze! For example, when you have two or more sellers (or buyers) that are not in the same location, you can dictate the order in which the document will travel from one signatory to the next. So, Bob in Boston can sign first, then Sue in Sausalito, and then, finally, us. And, did I mention this can all happen within minutes?
For the record, I receive absolutely NO compensation for making this recommendation: I'm just a satisfied customer!
