Is Radiant Floors a good investment?

I have a 3 family that I am gut rehabbing and be 3 luxury condos.  I am considering radiant flooring in the bathrooms.   The cost is about 8,000 for 7 bathrooms.  Is this a good idea? Also if Yes should I do the kitchens? What are your experiences?

Radiant floors are an amenity, that can't be seen by immediately by consumers, such as some of the other updates of your bathroom.

The best answer is to look carefully at the comps in the market over the last two years to see if this amenity is included.  In some markets, it is a must.  In most urban markets with renovated, older construction, it probably is not.
