BRRRR strategy question!!

Hey, i hear them on the podcast talk about the BRRRR strategy and i understand how it works however my question is, how much do you pay yourself after you refinance ? do you pay yourself ? or do you just fund your next deal with all of the equity?

@Shawn Munoz right now my cashflow, combined with refinancing is to acquire more properties. When I've hit the number of doors needed to start thinking about retirement, the cashflow (along with a few flips per year) will be my income
