@Jason D. that’s what I figured most people do. I’m just trying to understand how to have financial freedom while doing this strategy. So your income is the cash flow of the rental ? The refi is simply to get another property ?

Hey, i hear them on the podcast talk about the BRRRR strategy and i understand how it works however my question is, how much do you pay yourself after you refinance ? do you pay yourself ? or do you just fund your next deal with all of the equity?

Im looking to get my first deal in south jersey. Im having a hard time finding a contractor who would be willing to partner on a deal. Is it a fair deal if i put the down payment and pay the holding costs, while the partner funds the flip? at the end we split the profit?
