How to rent a property out of state?

My tenant moved out and looking to place a new tenant in my rental property.

I live out of state.  I advertised on Zillow and have 50+ interests.  

How do I handling showing the property to prospective tenants?

I can handle the applications/screening online, but I want some advice on how to show the property out of state.

@Tony Mann - Try calling a local PM and see if they will place a tenant for you and that's it.
