I’ve been managing it myself for 5+ years out of state, no issues - and I have family that lives nearby for major issues.
10% of rent for a PM is just not worth it in my situation.
Just need someone to find/place tenants

My tenant moved out and looking to place a new tenant in my rental property.
I live out of state. I advertised on Zillow and have 50+ interests.
How do I handling showing the property to prospective tenants?
I can handle the applications/screening online, but I want some advice on how to show the property out of state.
