Looking for a good credit, eviction and background check service. Any suggestions?

I use MySmartMove for that. $40, applicant pays the service so you handle no money. Only, make sure you do an application ahead of time to prescreen for employment and call their landlord.

I have been using residentresearch which is $32 and does an excellent job. I have also been using Zillow background check which I also like.
