A deal, I’m new in this business and this is my first deal.
I'm new and just got my first deal for 57k. In zip code 43229. Got funding for 80% with interest 5.625%, HOA $125. I will spend between 3 to 5K fixing bathroom, carpets and painting.
Can someone help me figure out if i will profit or run into a loss
