Hi Rex, I planned renting it. Annual property tax is $67 per month, estimated monthly rent at $800 and will need. Property manager. Monthly mortgage will be $248.29, home insurance for $25

I'm new and just got my first deal for 57k. In zip code 43229. Got funding for 80% with interest 5.625%, HOA $125. I will spend between 3 to 5K fixing bathroom, carpets and painting.

Can someone help me figure out if i will profit or run into a loss
