When is the tenant considered to have moved out?

One of my tenants gave me the keys to her apartment today and moved all of her stuff out except a TV. The tenant is coming by tomorrow morning to pick up the TV. The tenant just handed me the keys but didn't sign anything. Is the tenant considered to have moved out once she handed me the keys or not until I have something in writing from her?

When she comes back to get the TV have her sign a statement that she has moved out of the unit and she has taken any property she wanted to keep.
