Beware of Termites

PM company sent me a quote from the pest control company to "treat structures for subterranean termites using Termidor SC".

  • $4,200 for all 6 buildings (29 units)
  • $450/yr to renew the 10-year bond

OR

  • $3,600 for 4 buildings (where intact termite tunnels were located)
  • $400/yr to renew the 10-year bond

Intact termite tunnels were located in the storage rooms of 7 units in 4 of the buildings.  The storage rooms are attached to the unit and house the water heater (with a little additional storage).

Please share any thoughts on this treatment plan and pricing...and any pest control companies in Greenville or Anderson South Carolina that you would recommend for a 2nd quote.
