Hi everyone I'm almost done renovating my first deal and I want a house hack. if you guys would be willing to share your system and why you have that system I would be grateful :)

If you'd like more information keep reading if not... Whatever!

With this being my first deal it was a HUD home so I have to live in it for a year. This is why I want a house hack.

The house is 1000 square feet 3 bedrooms one-and-a-half bath has a huge deck and is on 2 Acres.

I'm putting 12 mm laminate throughout the entire house and tiling the bathrooms. You know basic flip stuff. I'll link a YouTube walk through that I never intended to share below.

The location is pretty rural but it's very close to a freeway and is 15 miles outside of UVA

@Daniel Jewell I would treat like any other rental unit. Require Background and credit checks, and have minimum qualifications.

I use cozy for applications and checks. They are free for landlords and, I feel, they do a pretty good job
