Recommended Property Management Software
Hey everyone! We are about to start renting out one of our properties and already have a tenant lined up so we were just going to do it ourselves for the first one or two properties. What software would you guys recommend that is a full-circle property management program including applications, background checks, payments, maintenance, etc. I noticed BiggerPockets has Pro perks for RentRedi and TurboTenant and was curious if anyone had used those or has one they recommend?

Rentredi is great program. I have been using them since December 2018. You can get a discount for them threw BiggerPockts. Program is fairly simple to use and most of the stuff can be automatically set up. The guys from there are very helpful and patient and respond to you fast.
