I have a 10 unit short term rental that I am looking for someone to market it on social media. Is there anyone that could help me with this?

I do have rehab experience and some ground up experience. 

The property is paying for its self through the rent. I am mostly wanting to refinance it to get a lower interest rate. If I can get more money out of the refinance that would be great. I would take that money and put it towards the additional housing that I am wanting to build on the same property. A 4-plex of some sort. Either an actual 4-plex apartment or construct shipping containers together to make a 4-plex.

I am looking to refinance an investment property, 3bed/1bath. It is sitting on 5 acres and I am wanting to put a 4-plex of some sort on it.

I have been using RentRedi since 2018 and they have been great to work with. Their system is easy to use and if you do have questions they are very prompt to responding.

Rentredi is great program. I have been using them since December 2018. You can get a discount for them threw BiggerPockts. Program is fairly simple to use and most of the stuff can be automatically set up. The guys from there are very helpful and patient and respond to you fast.
