    What's up Derek, I founded WISHSTR and we host over 100 STR properties (own 7 and arbitrage 18, the remainder are fee managed). Happy to be a resource on any STR related projects if you need assistance brother.

    Direct bookings have become a big part of our business lately as Airbnb bookings are slow. Building relationships with national relocation companies helped a lot.
