Recommendation about Baltimore local builders for small projects

A friend recommended Iconic Builders, are you familiar with the builder? How well is their cost controlled, how long does it usually take for them to rehab a typical 3 floor house? I would appreciate it if someone can share their experience in finding a good builder.
