Hi, Is there a good place I could go to to find handymen with quotes? I have several properties that need more handymen/economic vendors.

Handymen are usually less expensive (I want to save costs), but I know there are good vendors that provide attractive prices for areas they are very competitive in.

Any suggestion will be appreciated!

A friend recommended Iconic Builders, are you familiar with the builder? How well is their cost controlled, how long does it usually take for them to rehab a typical 3 floor house? I would appreciate it if someone can share their experience in finding a good builder.

The unemployment, GDP growth, etc. economic figures looks good but why the construction industry seems depressed.

Many thanks to you guys for answering my question!

Actually I would worry less about Baltimore as a place for REI, since I travel to Baltimore a lot and have my own understanding about the city security. However, investors who have never been to Baltimore tend to interpret what they learned from social media news into a negative image of the city.

Next time I should definitely talk more about the huge market potential, and show them good graphics!

When I reach out to investors, crime rate in Baltimore always hold them back from residential and commercial investment. Why do you invest in Baltimore? How do you deal with the security concern?
