Estimation cost to add gas meter and electricity meter

Hi,

I’m currently looking at a 2 family house. However, the house has only one share meter on gas and electricity. Planning to rent out one of the unit, what should I do is a better option towards amount charge to the tenant about gas and electricity usage?

If I install additional meters for both, how much it will cost me ?
