Taking care of heating system
To date , I’ve made sure furnace
filters and hot water heaters are
serviced regularly in my 7
SF rentals.
However, lately I’ve met several
owners who put that
responsibility/ cost on the tenants.
How common is that?
Been thinking I’ll put it in my new lease but how to know if it will be done ?
