Atlanta How tough/easy has it been to find good contractors ?

I’m really just getting started, I have a property under contract in South Carolina & I’m also looking to do the bulk of my buy & hold investing the the Atlanta & surrounding areas. With the research I have done , I’ve found that it can be quite difficult to find a good contractor, and if someone has a good one a lot of time they probably will keep them secret because they are going to need to for the next deals and may not want them occupied somewhere because they are so hard to come by. What has your experience been dealing with this?
