Curious to hear how others have managed properties remotely? I'm moving to Miami and weighing the options of self-management vs PM and landscape, the whole 9 yards. 3392beechwood.space
I have a Cleveland Heights Duplex.

I have a Cleveland Heights Duplex.
Hire a local manager. You do not want to be in FL when something major happens at 3AM.

I use "Cleveland Property Management" for my sfr in Old Brooklyn. They have done well for me so far.

I don't care what the business model, remote management doesn't work.
