So looking for everyone's input on a very effective "For rent" signage for apartments something that catches the eye.
Depends on your area - i never place signs on the property as I'm concerned it also tells people the home is vacant and thus damage could be done. I've always just advertised on FB, Craigslist and Hotpads/Zillow and had great success. Never used a sign
Not really any magic sign here, the lower the rent the more responses it really is that simple. However agree that depending on the area advertising on the property itself may be attracting unwanted attention.
I don't use yard signs for rentals. Every time I do, I get a ton of calls and almost all of them hang up as soon as they hear the price. It wastes my time.
No signs are needed. The tenants you want will have access to internet and will follow the procedure of how to qualify for your unit. It's another level of filter if you ask me.
