Tenants not paying rent, move away without paying

Hi,

My tenants are not paying rent on time. I am worried they are saving money to move out without paying. How can I stop this? Any suggestions?

Start the eviction process asap.   If they leave on their own accord, be happy.  IF they dont, it takes longer and your lose more money. Hopefully you have a decent deposit.
