Who do you contact when you need your gutters cleaned ? Does the person doing them need to be bonded or insured since they will be climbing a ladder & could fall & harm themselves on your property

I have two theories on this that I'm currently juggling. I haven't decided which way I'll go yet. My first thought is that my yard guy cleans my gutters for a nominal fee. He is insured through his business and my contract with him reduces my liability. My second thought for the house that we're renovating now is that I will most likely have gutter guards installed to save the hassle and money of paying someone to clean them. I haven't run the numbers, but I'm guessing that the extra cost of installing them will more than make up for a few $50-75 trips to have them cleaned.
