What a normal PM fee for lease renewal ?

This is something I saw in a post earlier of a $500 charge to owner for a lease renewal from the PM , is this standard?

@Robert Collins I agree with @Bryan Devitt ... markets are  different for sure. We charge $250 for lease renewals, but for us we prefer to charge lower to retain clientele and encourage owner reinvestments in the market. This also keeps us competitive.
