Hi,

I am new to real estate and am a DIY landlord in Missouri City, Tx.  Just closed on a property last week. I have listed it on Zillow.

Given the time of the year, what are the chances of getting a tenant with in the month?

Are there any other sites to market it.

HI @Lesley Zvavanjanja!  Not knowing your market, that's hard to say but what is true in my market (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is that people move all times throughout the year.  There are MORE people moving in the spring and summer, but there are still people moving for various reasons in the rest of the year, so as long as you are priced right, marketing well, and following up you should have luck.

Zillow Rental Manger, Facebook marketplace, and Cozy.co should be all the syndication you could need :)
