@Kyle Brown If the eviction is in Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, or Cumberland counties go with Greenblatt and Lieberman based out of Cherry Hill. Their practice churns through hundreds of evictions a month and they know the process incredibly well. For the most part you can provide them the initial information and they will run with it, involving you very little. I've personally used them on a handful and I've inherited bad tenants.
