Marina, Mobile Home Park & Restaurant Redevelopment
We are building 12 single-family homes on the property and it’s all been a homerun so far but we’re not sure if we should totally rebuild the restaurant or just remodel it and, in general, how much we should spend improving the property. It’s my first time doing a project like this so any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

@Jason Hartman Great podcast! I am pretty sure you have an idea of what you want to do and giving advice with so little information would be irresponsible.
However, I would like to see you do a case study podcast on this development with each episode being like a journal entry essentially into what type of research and rationale went into each decision. Just a recommendation from a past listener!
