Sending gift cards to tenants
What do you think about sending gift cards for the holidays to tenants?
Last Christmas (2018) my buddy and I sent out dinner gift cards to the tenants. I also did this for my tenants for Christmas in (2019). The idea is to boost morale and appropriation. What are your thoughts on this and do you do something for morale purposes?
