HELOC for a rental property
Hey everybody, I'm looking to get a HELOC for a rental property that I own and I'd like to fix up. Does anyone have any suggestions of where I should look? Thanks!

I recommend checking out Tellus. I got a small loan from them and they let me borrow against my rental property. The application was different from most lenders. They just asked me for some information about my property and my existing mortgage. I got an answer the next day and funds within a week. Super simple.
