Gave move out noticed

Ok so I sent my noticed certified noticed on the 10 it had to be the same on I sent housing and si se my landlord kept refusing to tell me how he wanted sent and I had lost my lease finally he told me and I sent it’s dated 1-7-2020-2-7-2020 what’s the worst that can happen just trying to prepare my self can he take me to court or could I just pay him I mean from the 10th to the 7th it’s 29 days if he wants me to pay for the other day I can it’s so stressful cause I’m on housing
