Remodeling 6 Unit Dumps

Bought these 6 units last year.  Remodeled one last year (the finished pictures) and the current pictures are my current remodel.  Due to being the same remodel as last year I've projected this remodel to be 6 weeks.  80% of materials are in my garage just waiting till we remove the cat piss odor from the basement.  We swapped the stairs eliminating a coat closet but creating a pantry!  Every one of my units have a pantry!  New concrete side walks and stoops in the spring!
