Sidewalk trip hazard -- repair

Part of the front walkway (on the property, leading to the front door) is raised a little bit over the other part. Is there a way to repair this without hiring someone? Can I build a small "ramp" with bolts? What would be the best material to use for something like that? thanks

Remember, it is only a temporary fix. The stuff definitely won't last over the long term.
