Needing suggestion on app for bookkeeping on rentals
Hoping to get some suggestions on apps that help in bookkeeping on rental properties. I have 40 rentals. Some rent and some rent to own. I need an app that will help me with my tax forms at the end of the year.

@Dewayne C. I use Tellus. I've been using the app to manage my rentals and it's been helpful. It supports multi-user and multi-unit and my mom and husband are also on it so we can manage the units together. You just take a photo of the receipts and the monthly reports it generates is helpful. It can split the P&L by property or unit or tax category and has all the receipt images as well. Plus, free :)
